Stopping Smoking Skin

Stopping Smoking Skin 6 Stopping Smoking Skin
I stopped smoking, is it too late at 22?

I am 22 and have smoked 10-15 cigarettes a day since I was 13, I quit smoking, I want to know if I have already done irreversible damage to my body or if I can recover completely and how long it takes? So is it true that your skin gets better and brighter whites or your eyes after stopping smoking or is it just a myth? Thank you

No its not too late for anything. I read some scientific papers that show the damage smoking can return to normal in 10 years of not smoking. I did my thesis on it all, so I know for sure. Smoking shrinks the blood vessels, then certainly you will feel much healthier. Much oxygen reaches your skin and eyes and you'll look much brighter. Bravo to abort. Your star x
