You have coolant in the engine, now, I mis-fire.?

I had some coolant in my engine when my throttle body gasket is leaking, maybe two or three cups is in. It was blowing white smoke, so I changed the oil. After driving a bit and let it idle smoke stopped but there is a horrible disease-fire. There is also a loud squealing high pithc. Did I damage a candle, or bending a rod? You do not know what to think.
