TEN STEPS
Before immerse ourselves in step 1, here is the overview of the entire process in 10 steps:
- eliminate clutter.
- present practice.
- Take time to think.
- Take care of your body.
- Embrace your angels and your demons.
- Think and talk about your values.
- Know your objectives and priorities.
- Share your dreams.
- Assemble your team.
- Experiment and learn.
Step # 1: Reduce the clutter.
Make a list every thing in your life you bugs. It may be just a little tickle or a giant thorn in your side. Anyway, if you listen, write it. Without being judgmental, the list every bit of Clutter – physical, mental and emotional – that can be in how to become yourself abundance.
Think real clutter in your office, home, car, garden, or anywhere else you spend your time.
From there go to the Mental Clutter. Think about the lost job, e-mails should be avoided or responded to, large and small projects you want completed.
Consider the habits you want to eliminate or launch. If you want to switch from coffee, green tea, to write. If you want to back to your morning walk, write too.
And do not forget the emotional Clutter.
According conversations and questions unsaid to avoid, toxic relationships and spiritual vacuum that prevents you from feeling full and happy, write them all.
Nothing is too big or too small for this list.
write begins the process of elimination.
Move the clutter of the mind on the paper is a big step, immediately releasing a powerful flow of energy.
I make a new list Clutter every few months.
There are still a number of things (such as electrical outlet covers unpainted in my office that has bothered me at least year) that I can zap away. A giant energy suck eliminated in 15 minutes or less!
Often, there is something on my list that I have absolutely no control. addiction to cigarettes a dear friend is an example. He knows it's bad. He knows that I love and I want to stop. I made my position. There is nothing more to say.
In a case like this, if I want to maintain friendship abundant and my attitude, letting go is the only option. Whenever I am about to make a comment about smoking my friend, I take a deep breathing and silence to remember, "let go". So I'm concentrating on my breathing or Shift my attention when my mind gives up its obsession with something I can not control.
The great fear, ugly parts of Clutter
There may be several pieces of space on your list that you can not be eliminated in 15 minutes or a few deep breaths. If you have identified a project that will take a long time, review reasons to fill and if those reasons are still valid, take out your calendar and set aside the time you need. Better yet, call a few friends or a colleague and get enough support to make it fun. (If the reasons are no longer valid, cross your draft list and forget it!)
If your mind is cluttered with a conversation that you have been avoiding a conversation, think about how your life will be better aligned with your values fundamental time you spoke your mind and listened with an open heart. Then pick up the phone and Appendix A time to speak.
If you allowed a relationship toxic, or a job you despise, to drain away your vital energy, it is time to choose: Will you hang the past or are you ready to face the truth and make a giant step towards your life in abundance?
