best way to quit smoking?

Please tell me the best way to stop smoking …. I do the patch is really good becasuse I saw doctor who quit clinc, said to be cold turkey … is that the best way? When I am not on vacation, it seems that I do not want, is it just my imagination … I always feel that .. please help, Thanks

I went cold Turkey 4 weeks ago today. I do not want to smoke at all. I conditioned my mind not not want to smoke more and it has worked so far. However, you really want to abandon smolikng to do this way. Try it, it's not for everyone though. Good luck;)
