What are the chances of a recurrence of tuberculosis if you were gettin into the juice and smoke kept clear?

I had a diagnosis TB last year in April and the green light in November after a full course of drugs .. but I never stopped smoking or drinkin .. infact I smoke more …. and lately i jus been coughing and flu-like symptoms …. I'm gettin a relapse??? Do not tell me to go see a doctor lol …. Ive had enough of MS to last a lifetime .. JSU I want to know if I can be gettin sick and if it is not treated … How long before he kills me???
