Stop Smoking Hypnotism Seminars
My mother is addicted to cigarettes … Help!?
My mom has smoked since age 17 years and is now 56. She tryed to stop smoking using hypnosis, nicotine patches and just try to smoke less, but it is still unsuccessful. I want it to stop too bad because it is a single mother and I can not think of my life without it! What can I do to motivate? She said that costs so much money things to go to seminary, but I told him so smokes too expensive anyway, but she never listens. She smokes in front of me and my friends and it disgusting. She always does ill-sounding cough and difficulty breathing.
It appears that your mother tried several techniques to stop smoking and knows that it is detrimental to his health, but none of these things are going to work for her until she put it in his mind she can do. It is a state of mind it will need to enter. its persistent it will do no good. Nicotine is a drug and it will be to break this cycle of use! As a former smoker, I know how difficult it is to stop smoking. I started smoking when I was 13 years and gave the bad habit of my late 30s. I am 48 years now. I started with Nicorette gum and the taste of it to me literally sick. Yeah, I thought to go right to smoke again, but the taste of cigarettes just as bad if not worse! So I gave them up cold turkey. I had just made my decision that I did not need or want more nicotine dependence. It was difficult but I am so happy that I convinced myself that I could do it! Your mother can do it too. Be sure she has the support of positive you and others. The deal, which his mind is occupied with something else and finally, it will not even think of wanting a cigarette! Good luck you two!
