Quitting smoking? From tricks to success
People say it's the best time to quit smoking because of expenditure unnecessary in an unstable economy, the risk of poor health (and therefore medical costs) and an odor that repels non-smokers and former smokers, a time when you need all the friends you can get.
Others say it is the worst time to quit smoking with financial pressures current and the need to remain close collaborators who can bind you by smoke breaks.
What is the truth?

One-design your routine to stop smoking easy and difficult
Let's not pretend that everything is left to fate, circumstances and if a friend lights crazy a cigarette in front of you. You are ultimately in control. Stop Telling yourself it will be difficult. Tell you how it will be easy, fun, fun finally.
Show reasons for the facts from your own life. Recalling a beneficial change you made that you have maintained for years. Suppose that quitting smoking will be similar.
Remove from smoking cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco, and ashtrays in your home, your car, and spirit.
Sit comfortably with your non-smoking friends. Bask in inviting places where smoking is prohibited. Use imagination and creativity conspiracy against yourself ex-smokers.
2-Give you all the benefits
Get help from professionals, family and friends, including smokers. Do not ask them to stop them only ask them to support your quit. Time your quit date well.
Do you leave the during the sabotage particularly difficult times, (unless all the times are hard to stop you).
Reward yourself with nonfattening, incentives inexpensive. A client gave the gift of a manicure for two weeks, she did not smoke.

How about improved health, better body; prep for a marathon, a new quest dating? If they do not seduce you, customize your own.

People who want to be successful to get faster when they socialize with people who succeed. Non-smokers encourage non-smokers.
You do not want to risk missing a great conversation slipping outside to smoke.
And non-smokers do not want to smell stale smoke or smoky clothes.
Whether your desire to be with interesting, fun, non-smoking people be so-oo much more desirable hanging with other people who helped you continue to smoke.
5-Do not make exceptions
Choose wisely your quit date and keep it. Do not apologize for the long hours, difficult projects, visiting friends, holidays, crises, free cigarettes or curiosity whether the cigarette will always taste the same (it).
Once the date is set, make it rock solid no excuses allowed. Adjust your world around to quit, and not vice versa.
Layoffs at work? failure in love? If you use quitting as an opportunity to stick your word, no matter what, and you give a priceless gift.
6-stubbornly refuse to play tricks on your own mind. Even someone else who tries.
The quickest way for an ex-smoker becoming a smoker is smoking a cigarette.
Frankly, it can not happen otherwise.
All that is required is a cigarette. One. Because it does not remain one for ever. Maybe this will be a game the same day. Maybe a month later. Maybe it'll take a few months and the right mix of emotional stress.
