YES YES YES YES YES I read when I was about 20 years. I didn't stop so – but what he said always stuck with me! I given for two consecutive weeks after …. I then wanted to try again if I have the book and kept it near the age of 22 years. I eventually gave up when I was 23. The things he says are great and it changes your thinking about smoking – things like "I'm not stopping smoking "What exactly are you" abandon "? You place become a non-smoker, if you do not give up. By simply changing the fact that you say I am a non-smoking changes the whole concept of "giving up" There are lots of little things he says that stick with you. And these small tips and points to completely destroy any sense of smoking. The energy, you find not to smoke is pretty impressive, you channel that energy into something constructive and make … this is not a joke … Once you quit, you know you can achieve what you want to, and it is a fact. I smoked 20 a day for 5 years and loved cigarettes, but since I read his book, I doubt what I was doing more and more as time passed. I've been programmed periods of abstinence when I leave because I knew it was a stupid thing to do – each Once I challenge to go without HR Benson (IGC) – I just had to think about what he said – and there will come a time euphoric when uu feel can do and know uuu can and can not simply become a non-smoker. To date, I still I feel I havent 'abandoned', but I'm just someone who has the free will and strength to choose not to smoke. Cos you have the power! If this sounds preachy anyway – vvv sorry. The book isn't all its absolutely fantastic and written from a perspective of smoking – it just rips the idea of really small pieces and Smokin shit above.
