Warning label requirement on fastfood?

It is done on smokes why is Macdonalds, the king and lots of other chains spared the health warnings?
I quite going to, “fast food” about three years ago however there have been studies eluding to addictive properties in fast foods which has long term health risks just as cigarettes

Because the government hasn’t quite realized how pathetic Americans are when it comes to fast food. Don’t worry, they’ll realize that we aren’t smart enough to take care of ourselves and then they’ll come through and begin to regulate it. What a relief that will be, too, because we don’t have enough taxes yet – but thankfully, fast food regulations will help with that area!
