Young women smoking and birth control?

I know that smoking and using birth control will increase your chances of heart attack/stroke/pulmonary embolisms/deep vein thrombosis, etc., because smoking narrows your veins and arteries and gives you vascular brain spasms and causes your blood to be thinner and also easier to clot. And I also know that birth control causes your blood to become thinner and also easier to clot and also gives you vascular brain spasms.
My question is:
What are the chances of stroke/heart attack of a regular smoker aged 23? As in, how many women last year suffered from these complications, or what is the percentage of women who have suffered these complications? I don’t really need a lecture on smoking or birth control pills or anything, just facts or statistics. I can’t find any anywhere. Thanks!

A pooled analysis of studies regarding the use of OCs found that the risk ratios for thromboembolism in women taking non-third generation OCs compared with women who did not take an OC ranged from 1.1 to 4.8 (depending upon the type of study).

Translation- Women who smoke and take oral contraceptive pills are 1.1-4.8 times more likely to have a thromboembolic event than w woman who does not. Obese women are 24 TIMES more likely to have this happen if they smoke while on birth control pills.

There aren’t really any good statistics out there to say that X-number of women suffered a thromboembolic event because they smoke and are on birth control.

Hope this helps.
