Quitting Smoking Symptoms Sore Throat

can too many cigarettes kreteks give you "cold-like" symptoms?

I used to smoke around 6-pack of unfiltered cigarettes High, and I recently started smoking cigarettes Kretek clove (approximately 3 days). I only smoke 3-4 packs of those a day (working on quitting). But recently I started having a runny nose and sore throat (about the end of the first day with the new CIGS). Is this the kretek, or do I just have a cold?

Cigarette smoking weakens your immune system greatly. You can just a cold, and perhaps through your body upset by the move to a different type of cigarette to weaken your immune system more than usual.
