Nice?

So why so many people continue to do?

Habit? Yes.

peer pressure (but I'm a big boy now)? Yes.

Stress relief? Yes.

We could go on and on but the answer is all the above and more. The problem is once you're an addict to nicotine, it is virtually impossible to put your finger on one reason. This is because the habit is based in your subconscious and it is like an itch you can not scratch, but you can feel.

Imagine that your mind to be a mostly iceberg with a small portion of the surface (conscious) and below (the subconscious and unconscious). Above the surface are all things that you can easily control your will, your decision and your short-term memory (do you want what you had for breakfast? – You are now). Beneath the surface are the things that are sitting in powerful nested engine of your mind. This includes your imagination, long-term memory, emotions, beliefs, values, sense factor of unattended motor functions and habits.

Take a look at these two areas of the iceberg and guess which part contains all your links to the tobacco and nicotine. Yup. Everything is in your subconscious, which means that power is not enough to be able to guarantee kicking the habit. You need help. Get business.

Of course, some people stop. It can be done, but why so hard for you? You need a system that you can reprogram your subconscious and make new habits. Doctors recommend hypnotherapy as the number one cure for addiction nicotine.

Imagine a system that can reach into your subconscious mind and remove the source of your addiction and take you back when you still asleep. Treat yourself to a new life in this new year. Contact a hypnotherapist or buy online system, but stop smoking today.

Your time is running out …
