Quitting Smoking Hardest Days

Is quit if "hard" because we said it was difficult times then?
I smoked for almost 10 years. A Once I got bored with it. I paused. I didn't buy gum or patches or something like that because I do not need it. It has been proven that the physical addiction to nicotine (and heroin, for that matter) takes about 3 days. The hardest part is the dependence mental, but is it possible that we are so short that we will buy on how "hard" it is, and spend our money on AIDS, we have not really need? I stopped and have been well since. My grandfather smoked for 25 years and also one day just stopped. Are we so spoiled these days we think we need help with absolutely everything?
Some people have the desire to "cold turkey", but you decide using the patch anyway, simply because when you cold turkey, you notice that you become very angry because you are depriving your body that thing that you needed for so long. Regarding told them that you're too weak, I think it's give and take. They might say you are too low, but on the other hand, they say that if you buy this, you leave, and we had the amount of _______ smoking successfully. So think about it. You can have 1 life, where there is only cold turkey if you want to quit smoking (hard or not). Orr, we have another life, where there is cold turkey, and a alternative is that if you buy this, you will stop. Now, not even taking into account what medicine does to you, if you believe something, you go ahead. If you think a particular informercial is so great and if you want, even if it does not half of you wants to believe it's true. Thus, when you get these fixes, you took the initiative to buy stamps, you know your committed, you grow as a result of their use. I know is very confusing, let me summarize. Think if your trying to lose weight. If you go out and buy a 2-year subscription in advance Gymnastics (Non-refundable by the way), what do you say? May your commitment, because you have paid for 2 years, there is no way I'll leave my money wasted, and I shall not fail.
