I smoked 50-60 cigarettes per day and in six weeks, I cut to 8 per day, I have a coughing and felt terrible that I have the flu but no fever, my head looks like a cloud hanging over it this week, I started waking early morning, before 6:00 used to have trouble getting up at 8:00 like to know how others felt at this stage, I feel stuck at 8, but they must continue

Congratulations Leaving an addiction is hard work, but it seems like your on your way to a life healthy. It takes time to rid your body of toxins from your body was so used for consumption and it is important to keep your body and mind busy.
