Quit Smoking Pill Champix

my nipples are so sore to the touch, i cannot stand coffee and im still hungry, am I pregnant?

I quit one week and a half using Champix. Im hungry when I wake up, im super lazy and my nipples have never been this sore before. The only problem is that I havent had my period for 2 months and a half because I stopped my birth control (the pill) so I need to know if I could be pregnant before I go buy a test. If its not that im pregnant, what is going on???? HELP! But if you do not have your period then how Can you get pregnant? I know that if you stop your period in British Columbia may be 2 to 3 months late … then can you get pregnant then?
