Quit Smoking Meditations

Do I have insomnia?
I was more to work longer days. I work from home – to my computer. I realized that lately I've been having trouble sleeping. I was under great stress – as I said in another question earlier, I quit smoking this week (well, for 4 days and restarted yesterday, but it was hell for the first part of the week) I have not left my house since Sunday, and I work from 11 to 14 working days – with no pause (seriously) for about 2 weeks now. I usually to go to bed around 23 hours – it's 3:20 am and I'm wired and tired at the same time and can not sleep. Yesterday was the day before 2:30 ET 1:30, as am. I notice I get less sleep – I wake up around 8 am. Is what I can do about it? I tried meditation Muscle relaxants, managing my diet, securing it with the lights off. What is wrong with me?
Do not listen to these idiots here who are so quick suggest prescription medication to sleep. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants to claim. The industry that blocked Stevia to be labeled as soft and stopped the import of the plant. It puts the industry were asking many of their on the market, and only takes dangerous pills off the market after a significant amount of people DIE! (Remember Phen-phen, Vioxx, and countless Redux others?) Their sleeping pills will not provide you with natural sleep, and many of them are addictive. Follow these tips: 1. Get plenty of exercise. The benefits of exercise go far beyond the body beautiful. 2 Do not eat large meals before going to bed or drink any stimulants (chocolate, coffee) 2.5 Do not drink cow's milk. Drink soy milk. We came from the earth, not a cow. Cow's milk is designed for cows, not humans. Imagine that. I stopped drinking milk years ago, and my bronchitis, acne, bad breath, body odor, sinusitis and colds disappeared. You can get calcium from vegetable and soy milk. Soy milk comes from a plant fruit. 3. Eat a healthy diet, not one that is full of sugar, products of animal fats, salt, high glycemic index and this. Fresh vegetables, fruits and cereals, should form the bulk from your diet. Drink at least 50 ounces of water a day unless you drink the juice of many fruits and vegetables per day Freshy extracted. I highly recommend to get a good juice extractor. When I say good, the strainer on the centrifuge should be at least 5.5 inches wide. 4. Before going to bed make sure to stretch your muscles to relax and take a hot bath. 5. Remove the television and computer in your room. They may prevent you from sleeping. They are mentally stimulating, not relaxation. However, if you often fall asleep in front of a TV on low volume, then that may work for you 6. Make sure your room is completely dark when you go to bed. The body reacts to light as a signal to wake up, to have any distractions light in the room is not good for sleep. Light is a lifting force of energy. I have light colored curtains in my room that do not block all the light, so I put black sheets over them at night and it does the trick. 7. Stop eating artificial sweeteners. Sweeteners artificial have been linked to cancer, and organ swelling. Aspartame and sucralose has been linked to liver damage and other organ damage. Aspartame, acesulfame, sucralose, corn syrup (yes, it's artificial, too). Your body can not metabolize these poisons. Sugar (white crystalline granules in this bowl on your table) is not a natural substance, either. It is a chemical industrial processing. The other sweeteners I mentioned above are manufactured in a factory laboratory. So if you have smoked for a long time, it will not be easy quit. Your body will actually go through withdrawals because he was not getting its dose of nicotine. This could be what you are going now. Replace these habits with eating habits that you meet, and over time your body will not want these poisons she loved.
