Quit Smoking Illinois

I want to quit smoking. but need some pointers, so I will not fail.?
Like all places are now non-smoking here in Illinois … I really want to leave … ive smoked for almost 3 years, and most often …. a pack a day … sometimes … sometimes less …. depending the day. so I need advice from you all who have succeeded in quiting .. . How long til cravings stop? advice on how to keep mind my smoking? What to do when I want one? my biggest thing is DRIVING I really enjoy smoking every player i. … and finally do the patch or gum help?!? Thank you very much!
The actual physical withdrawal from nicotine is so insignificant, most people do not even feel it. There is all in your head. You are brainwashed (as I have been for 13 years) to believe that you really enjoy smoking and that is difficult to stop smoking. When you start thinking that you "want" a cigarette (As for me, it was after a meal or on the way back to work) remember that you do not want a cigarette – you want to be a non-smoker! So why do you contradict yourself by smoking? Also – Remember there is no such thing as "just one cigarette" or having a "here and there." If you try too hard not to think about smoking … you think, even more. Take a few deep breaths and think about how it feels good not wheezing. (Not sure if you hiss yet, but I have done in recent years). I also think "Why I smoke a cigarette … I'm going to smoke for the rest of my life? Not at all! So why should I continue? "Do not look like a renunciation – not look like winning your health and your freedom. I feel more in control of my life now I've never done before … cigarette-essentially poison control me. I have all these wonderful thoughts and support of the work listed as my source. Look it up on Amazon. I swear … I do not work for this guy, honestly, I bought the book as a skeptic, but the impression I had nothing to lose. It was the best $ 10 I've ever spent.
