Quit Smoking Help Pack

How to Quit Smoking? gum, patch and lozenges will not help …?
So I smoke a pack a day for about 4 years … I did several attempts to quit smoking with the help of lozenges, patches and such, but I can not stop …. It is rather a dependence psychic, but also my withdrawals are intense! I have headaches, nausea and I get woozy at that point I have to sit. He goes days and days! How some of you have faced this?
I smoked for about 8 years. I tried to stop several times and nothing seemed to work. The longest I went was three days. I finally did quit smoking cold turkey. Was a question of determination. I gained about 8 pounds, but I quit. I stopped 3 years ago in December. I kept baggy hard candy with me. Whenever I need a cigarette I suck candy, and find something to occupy my hands. (Sewing, crocheting, etc.). The only thing that helped is that when I had my break (after my first day of not smoking) when I told my friend very BESTEST (Now my husband), he was so extremely disappointed and frustrated (his father died of lung cancer when my husband was 9 he looked a year die from the disease. He hates to be around him now smoking etc.) I felt so terrible to disappoint someone who meant so much to me. Everyone was disappointed. That's when it kind of hit me that these people cared about me and I had to stop. Good luck. The first 3 days are the hardest. After 1 month desires ease. And a year later, you'll be so proud that you will not want to smoke. Try to avoid Smokey places and putting cigarettes in your mouth (I've been playing around recently and I wanted the light so bad until I saw my husband lol glare) as the most difficult not to smoke during the first weeks after the meal! Good luck again!
