How long does it take to stop feeling stressed when you quit smoking?
I quit smoking four days ago … I started and will continue to exercise every day … it really helps when you want to stop smoking … the thing is that I feel very stressed and sensitive with everything what … I'm really nervous and cry for nothing … I do smoke a cigarrette now and half yesterday … but before I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day …. therefore I feel much better and I'm starting to feel discusted by cig … I smoked one today that made me feel dizzy, feeling aweful …. i ' I was smoking seven years that I am … I have done in the right direction? When will I stop feeling nervous and stressed? Is it important that cigarette smoke i 1 where I feel really nervous?
I feel for you! Four days of not smoking feels absolutely horrible. However, the more you go, you feel better.
