Does anyone know if you can get help and rehabilitation for cannabis use on the NHS? my boyfriend has been smoking since he was 13 years and is now 24 he really wants to quit but had difficulty, and those who say that is not addictive have obviously never tried to stop smoking it. Why would he stop? What kind of question is that? it wants to stop because it costs a fortune and it can not afford it.
