Does learning to smoke to help me not to quit my job?

I know it's an absolutely stupid sounding question, but here is the reason to ask: I do not tolerate stress well and have a very stressful job. It is my only source of income and … if I lose, I'm f ** KED. It is a sh *** y environment sometimes and sometimes I say things I regret later because of the emotional reaction. I done nothing to justify canning but I fear that I could. I've been through therapy, medication, everything and nothing seems to stop my emotional volitility. I can not feel joy or pleasure. I have never smoked – even if it can ask my lungs Does it help to feel joy? No marijuana, just a regular cigarette. Again, apologies for such a question and if I have offended the ex-smokers .. did not.

Well, frankly, smoking is enjoyable. But there is a bit more of a learning curve involved, and I doubt it will really make you feel much better at short-term or long term. In fact, it could well make things worse, especially if you're not allowed to smoke at work. On the other hand, if employees are allowed to take breaks to smoke, it could be an avenue of relaxation, especially if there are other employees who smoke. Smokers tend to stick together, so you might find some commaradarie it. Do you really need this job? There are two basic characteristics of employment – Those that require hard work, and those who stress. Usually, the two categories do not overlap. If you get a job flipping burgers at McDonald's, chances are you will work very hard for little pay. But when you get home, you do not have to worry about your work. There are always jobs available. They might not pay as much as your current system. But in my humble opinion, it does not look like the money's worth. Good luck, What you decide to do so. If you see me down in the smoking area, say hello! :-) But do not worry if you decide not to start!
