Herbal Quit Smoking Tea
Question about vitamins and herbal supplements?
I am currently at step 1 Nicoderm patch to quit smoking. I had to cut down on coffee to help stop smoking and also to reduce my generalized anxiety disorder. Because DSM, I changed my diet to a higher magnesium, tea drinking St. John's Wort 4 times a day, and take a multivitamin, Vitamin E and vitamin C in the morning. I also want to take a vitamin B complex in mid-day, when my multi has probably been metabolized. Is anyone know if this is a load of supplements, or if something in this list would have a bad reaction / side effects? Also, do you think a whey protein shake would be allowed to add to the daily routine? Thank you.
Who does not look like an overload at all, for what you are trying to do. The B vitamins are very important for healthy nervous and if you've been smoking and drinking coffee, you are probably running in the negative. Even with the C. You want to pay attention to anything that is oil based, such as vitamin E. These are stored in the liver and you do not want to overload. Usually start by taking only 100 IU and gradually up to 400 IU for about 3 months. If you need help when you go off the patch, consult a herbal product, so called "smokeless". The herbs really help w / nervousness and cravings sugar.
